Heyreading is an independently operated online retail store specializing in footwear. Our website and checkout operations are hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and infrastructure used to operate our online store.

Product Information & Sizing

We make commercially reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, sizing, colors, and availability as accurately as possible. However, the visual appearance of colors may vary depending on your display device or lighting conditions. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on www.heyreading.com are stated in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clerical or technical error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order placed for that product, including when payment has been authorized. If an order is canceled after payment has been completed, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders & Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email indicates that we have received your order request; it does not constitute formal acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for reasons including payment verification requirements, stock unavailability, shipping address verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is canceled after payment has been completed, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment Terms

We accept the authorized payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment authorization is required before an order enters fulfillment processing. Payment transactions are processed through the applicable payment providers available at checkout. Heyreading does not collect or retain complete payment card numbers on its website servers. Please refer to our Payment Policy for additional details.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with our published Shipping Policy. Heyreading provides Free Standard Shipping on eligible footwear orders. Estimated processing time is 1 to 3 business days, and estimated transit time is 6 to 9 business days. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, high seasonal parcel volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Heyreading covers all return shipping costs and charges no restocking fees. Return authorization is required prior to returning a package. If you establish an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
