- The specific item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
After reviewing your request, we will provide return authorization, return shipping instructions, and the applicable return shipping arrangements. Please do not ship items back before receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Returns are accepted by mail only. Please follow the return shipping instructions provided by our support team and use the designated return method for your authorized return.
Return Shipping Costs
Heyreading covers the return shipping costs for all returns. This applies to returns based on personal preference (such as a change of mind or issues with size or style) as well as returns due to product defects, damage, or incorrect items being shipped. Heyreading bears the cost of eligible returns at no expense to the customer ($0.00 return shipping fee); please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team to complete the process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@heyreading.com. To assist with our investigation, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the footwear and packaging. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
We offer a direct exchange service. If you need a different size, color, or style, please submit a return request for a refund and then place a new order at www.heyreading.com.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fee ($0.00) on eligible returns.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once your authorized return is received and inspected for compliance with our return requirements, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or decline of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 1 to 3 business days after completion of the inspection. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution or payment provider for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original Shipping Fees
Heyreading offers free standard shipping on all orders; therefore, standard refunds do not deduct the outbound shipping cost.
